Life is meant to be experienced. We can say we’ll do things and have great intentions, but it’s not until we make it happen that we can truly experience it.

What is it in your life that you want to do… to make happen?

    Thanks,

There’s really no better time to do something than RIGHT NOW, isn’t there? Congrats on your accomplishment! It’s amazing what can be done when we decide to do it and just DO IT!

    Awesome, awesome, awesome! …and congrats!

I can completely identify with what you did with getting in shape. I didn’t compete on stage as you did but I did follow through with Bill Phillips Body For Life Program and achieved the results I was looking for. All my life the 6 pack abs avoided me but after “dedicating” myself to his program, I had them finally at the age of 32 😉

Kai’s message is very powerful in the video and I found myself nodding my head while he was speaking. Mindset, goals and not getting caught up in the little things that don’t really matter is something we all need to be reminded of, especially as internet marketers.

Congrats again Lorna and Pat way to support your wife!

Wow Lorna, congratulations on a great achievement. The thought of going up on stage like that would terrify me!

Of course having support of your friends and family and being surrounded by like-minded people with the same passion and interests helps immensily – a bit like our own Tribe of course!

    Congratulations Lorna!

That is really really amazing. I’m motivated to try and lose weight…don’t think I’ll be entering any contests or anything. Great job.

Congratulations Lorna . . . what a wonderful example of mindset, motivation and what goal setting can help one accomplish.

    I admire your determination!

I’m challenged by weight management concerns. I’ve procrastinated this entire year! But you have inspired my to set goals and get started.

    Thanks,
    Susan

    Susan,

Thank you! I found it amazing how determined I could be once I had a big enough reason to make it happen.

    All the best!

WOW! I’m very impressed with your results. Having lost 40 pounds last year, I know the challenges in creating a positive mindset. Good for you and for all of those that you will inspire with this.
    Keep up the good work,

    Debbie,

We love your ‘let’s pretend’ game. It sounds like fun and you’re right… if we ‘pretend’ enough then soon it becomes a reality.

    Thanks!

Wow what an accomplishment Lorna. I can tell that Pat was so proud of you. When you set your mind to something it’s incredible what you can do, and it is a huge boast when you have the support of your spouse and loved ones. Thanks so much for sharing this.

    Michael,

Without Pat’s support and encouragement, it would not have been the same. It’s amazing how much difference moral support from those we love will bring us.

    Thanks,

    Hi Pat and Lorna,

    interesting subject.

We recently had a show with two over 70 year olds who were up on stage in competition.

Muscles are not my kind of thing. I like a body in natural proportions.
I take my hat of though to the determination of people who are into body building.

    To your success!
